• Personal Assessment
  You can ask for assessment from the Specialist corresponding to your case and our advisor will make sure that all your questions and file gets to the Specialist who will contact you.  You can consult the Surgeon by phone conference for a more personal service.
  
  In some cases, the specialist might need medical transcriptions, such as: magnetic resonance, x-ray, pictures, etc.; it will also be necessary to fill out the Medical History Form. As a result you will receive a final budget for your treatment.

• Payment Methods
  Our advisor will inform you about our Payment Methods, as well of our financing options so you can choose the best way to cover for the procedure.

• Treatment reservation
  Once you completed the consultation process and the surgeon confirms that the patient is a good candidate for the procedure, we will assign a possible date for you “medical journey” or treatment.  After this step your case will be taken care of by the Patient Attention Center, where we confirm our patients. The medical journey will be confirmed at the moment we establish a date and an initial payment has been made.
  
  Our advisor will be in charge of organising your medical journey, from making the reservations, assign you a personal assistant and order the services you required and will send you the schedule. For international patients, we will send information about our city, it’s weather and other details that can useful before travelling to Monterrey.

• Welcome to Monterrey
  A private car will be waiting for you at the International Airport of Monterrey (General Mariano Escobedo).  You will have a welcome meeting at the Patient Attention Center with your advisor, where you will receive the schedule and details of your medical journey, the Surgeon will explain the procedure, and give you additional information you need.
  
  Previous to your treatment you will have to fulfilled medical tests required according to the procedure. In every step Ilesere’s advisor will be with you.

• Meeting your Doctor
  In a previously confirmed date, you will meet the Surgeon who will treat you.  In this meeting you will have the opportunity to explain the surgeon what are your expectations, so he will give you his opinion and talk about the treatment.

• Surgical procedure
  In some cases it is necessary to perform more than one surgical procedure, which the surgeon can divide them in two or more interventions, depending of what is best for the patient.

• We will support you after surgery and during recovery
  Recovery depends on the doctors indications and it is very important that the first days you rest properly. Usually, it is necessary that you consult with your Doctor two or four more times in order to assure a healthy recovery and a successful procedure. The last visit is to remove steeches (if needed).
  
  You can enjoy different activities in our city, organised by Ilesere’s advisor, like excursions in and out the city; depending on how you’re recovery takes place and with the authorization of the specialist.

• Your return home
  An Ilesere’s personal assistant will take you to the airport for your flight back home and start enjoying your new accomplishment .

Our work does not end here. Ilesere will remain in contact with you after you return to your country, to continue supporting you with any question that can emerge during your recovery .
