The increase of breasts, technically known as mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure to improve the size and shape of the breast of women in the following situations: to improve the silhouette of the woman who thinks her breasts are too small, reduces the chest that occurs after some pregnancies, corrects the difference in size between both breasts or as a reconstructive procedure after surgery for breast cancer.

It is possible to increase the size of the chest a number of sizes through the introduction of a prosthesis below the breast. The only definitive method for achieving an increased breast volume is through the introduction of a prosthetic breast gland behind the existing gland. The prosthesis is the best method for this procedure, it is a silicon membrane textured (rough), filled with cohesive gel. This prothesis has managed to decrease drastically the so-called capsular retraction (or when the chest was noted hard, spherical and sometimes annoying).
